Funny how by burning one bridge, we burn them all. I've become increasingly convinced in my life that people are always, always going to leave you behind. I'm less tempted to be loyal the older I get, and the more betrayed I feel. I think my pride gets me into trouble. And my insecurity.

everything is going to be okay.

Sometimes when I’m at a crosswalk, I half-pray that I’ll be hit by a car.

sometimes i wonder if i'll ever have anything new to talk about.
i think i need to talk less. it ruins things.
maybe i'm still holding myself back from everything.

I know that I am perfectly sane. People can make you question everything, especially now.

Things aren't so  bad.

You always have a choice.

Sometimes people can be so kind, and other times they can just be cruel. I'll never understand it, but I'm trying to be better about my own behavior. Enough of the self-pity.
